Dipping ingredients
Ingredients The ingredients you need to make a delicious and nutritious Korean veggie pancake are 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp of cornstarch, 1/2 cup of water, veggies of your choice (carrot, capsicum, spring onion, onion), and salt as per taste.

Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of vinegar, and Sesame seeds with chilli flakes and salt in a small bowl. Stir everything nicely and your dipping sauce is ready.

Batter preparation
This recipe is straight from actor Roshni Chopra’s Kitchen. Prepare a batter of all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and a half cup of water. Whisk everything together for 2-3 minutes and add vegetables.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and spread the batter evenly in a circular shape. Let the pancake cook from both sides on a low flame.
