Ingredients needed
1/2 cup Milk, 2 tbsp Darjeeling tea or regular tea, 115g – Butter, 1 cup – Caster sugar, 2 Eggs and 1-1/2 cup flour.

Step 1
First of all, take a pan and add milk to it. After adding the milk, keep it on a low flame for boiling.

Step 2
Now, add tea leaves, butter, and sugar as per your taste along with eggs and flour. Whisk it until the mixture turns into a smooth paste.

Step 3
Add milk and tea mixture to the batter and gently whisk. Add some tea leaves as well.

Step 4
This is the most important step as you need to fill the moulds with the paste that is prepared. Fill it nicely.

Step 5
Bake them at 175 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Let it cool down after taking it out of the oven.

Pipe cocoa and cream mixture and garnish with tea leaves. Your homemade muffins are ready.
