Ingredients

    To make the salad you need one bunch of spinach, one tbsp of soy sauce, one tsp sesame oil, one tsp sesame seeds, and one clove garlic.

Blanch the Spinach

    Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add spinach and blanch for 30-40 seconds until it turns bright green. Immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking.

Drain & Squeeze

    Gently squeeze out excess water from the spinach and cut it into small pieces.
