Get a coconut
Take a coconut and grate it. Get the powder out of it and boil it for some 15 minutes. Let it dry then.

Fry it
Fry the grated balls in a pan on low flame for 20 minutes. After this add cooked milk and khoya to it.

Fry dry fruits
Then fry it until it leaves the sides of the pan. In another pan fry almonds and cashews in some ghee, then add them to roasted khoya and mix well.

Add cardamom
To enhance the taste and its nutritional value, add some cardamom powder with some soaked raisins.

Add sugar
Finally, add jaggery sugar or desi khand to it to give it a sweet flavour. Use your palm to make ladoos, and enjoy.
