Splitsvilla 16 Episode 42 Recap: The new season of MTV’s ‘Splitsvilla’ is always in the headlines for the drama and controversy of its contestants. This week’s episode was filled with drama and fights that left the fans stunned. We also got a new ideal match in the villa, making fans very happy. The special Mischief maker who entered the villa was Baseer Ali, and his secret challenges made things more heated in the villa.  Let’s dive in to see the recap for 'Splitsvilla 16' episode 42 here!

Splitsvilla 16 Episode 42 Recap: Drama, Betrayals, And Fights

After Saturday’s episode, fans have been celebrating the new ideal match of the villa, Gullu and Kaira. In ‘Splitsvilla 16’ episode 42, which aired on Sunday, the Splitvillains were met with new challenges given by special guest Baseer Ali. He gave secret challenges to contestants, and they would all get to earn more splitcoins for completing them successfully. If they failed to perform these tasks, they would face consequences. 

The first player to get a challenge was Vishu, and he had to tell Suzanne that he would be performing with Preet going forward. Next, Tayne was given a secret challenge to make Sadafh jealous and get massages from Kaira and two other girls in the villa.

Ron entered the mischief room and got the task of convincing Asmita that he had feelings for Sandy. While these three contestants were trying to complete their secret tasks, Gullu jumped in to point out how they are all playing pranks on each other, and none of this is serious. 

The next player who was assigned a secret challenge was Diksha. Adding to the fire between her and Akanksha, her task was around their heated relationship. Diksha had to throw out all of Akansha’s clothes and tell people that she had been bullying her. 

While Diksha completed her task, it also led to tensions increasing in the villa. The two even broke out into a big fight.

At the dome session on Sunday, contestants who completed their tasks, like Vishu, got to earn more splitcoins, while those who failed the challenges were stripped of their points. 

The elimination also took place in the 'Splitsvilla 16' episode 42, where Harshit and Anisha were in the elimination round. While Anisha could save herself with the ‘power card’, she chose to leave the show along with her connection.
