S Saraswathi Plot

S Saraswathi is a crime thriller movie centred on the experiences of a woman searching for her kidnapped child. In this case, the plot is anchored on Lakshmi, a nurse, who resides with her toddler daughter called Saraswathi. However, her life undergoes a drastic change when, one fine day, she drops her daughter off at the school, but upon returning, she learns that there is no such student registered at that institution.

The above scenario marks the critical point of departure. The next few moments in the movie involve a quest characterised by mystery, fear, and inquiries. While the movie blends both investigative and dramatic undertones, it has a strong psychological element as well.
