A day earlier, the film saw its best performance so far. As per Sacnilk report, on Day 4 (Sunday), Vaazha 2 collected ₹8.40 crore in India net.

The sharp jump on Sunday helped push the overall total significantly, giving the film a healthy cushion going into the weekdays. The strong weekend trend indicates growing audience interest.

By the end of its extended opening weekend, the film’s worldwide gross had reached around ₹65 crore.
