After watching #WonderWomen I was wondering like 'why this film!?' I haven't seen a waste of talent like this recently. At least it made me wonder about that!

Anjali Menon's 'artificial' feel good film.
Movie failed to connect with me personally 🙌🏼
Felt like an advertisement for Motherhood.
Avoidable!#WonderWomenpic.twitter.com/bQmS4tSDXX

Wonder Women is an unbearable social lecture on womanhood & pregnancy where you can barely spot a point of entertainment.

In a media interaction with News 18.com, Menon revealed that the idea for the film came to her after she realised that there aren't many subjects showcasing ‘intense, challenging, joyful and rewarding friendships between women.
She said, “I was really curious about how come we don’t get to see this on screen. Rather than sitting and complaining, we (thought) to be the change. So let’s make a narrative that is like that. I was on the lookout for an experience that was possibly exclusively female and that’s when I thought about the pregnancy process. That’s as exclusive as it could get.”
