Paige Greco was born on February 19, 1997 with cerebral palsy, which affected the right side of her body. She graduated with an Exercise Science degree from the University of South Australia. Despite the physical challenges, she was undeterred in her ambition. She initially competed as a promising track and field athlete before shifting her focus to cycling, where she would truly shine.
Her breakthrough came at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, where she won gold in the women’s C1–3 3,000 m individual pursuit, setting a new world record. This was not her only success at Tokyo: she also took home two bronze medals in the road race and time trial categories.
Beyond the Paralympics, Greco was a world champion and collected multiple titles at UCI Para‑cycling World Championships and World Cup events.

Her kindness, her determination and her warmth touched our family every single day.
