If you want to get rid of them, you will have to go the extra mile besides just keeping home clean and hygienic. Here’s what you need to do.
Seal Up The Mouse Holes
First, you need to seal the point from where mice enter the house, which is their holes. They most likely live in it and it is also their entry point to your house. As they are small and are capable of fitting into any hole. You need to shut all those openings caulk and steel wool because they can't eat through it. The key is to not miss any openings. From pipes to holes in near your AC, each and every hole has to be blocked.
Onions

Place the rotten onions under the furniture or in the mouse holes.
