Move The Bed To Parts

Most of us have heavy beds in our houses which are difficult to move and thus we don’t bother to clean it. But rather than trying to shift the complete bed for cleaning, you can consider shifting it in parts. Start with removing the headboard and footboard and then take a broom and clean the floor under the bed. You can also use a small vacuum cleaner to clean the floor under the bed. For hard stains, you can use a wet mop.

Take a bucket and fill it with warm water. Now add two tablespoons of detergent and a few drops of vinegar into the water and mix well. This mixture will help you in getting rid of the hard stains and foul smell. Take a clean cloth and dip it in this mixture. Squeeze it enough and then clean the surface. You can also use this mixture to clean the surface of the bed and its surroundings. Furthermore, take a dry cloth and wipe off the bed.

If the floor is out of your reach, you can use a wooden stick and tie the wet mop (how to clean a mop) to one end and move it under the bed to clean.

The bed box also deposits dust and dirt which needs to be cleaned. While you are removing the parts of your bed, you can ensure to clean the bed box as well. Keep the stored item under the sun to get rid of germs and use a vacuum cleaner (weird cleaning hacks) to remove dust and a wet mop to get rid of stains.
