We often have fights with our partners but when it gets ugly, a piece of you breaks as well. Sitting at home, spending 24 hours for 21 days locked up at the moment during quarantine period is no joke and fights will happen, it is natural. There are so many things that we do wrong when the fight is on but often we do not realise. To make things worse we bring in a cold war as well and that is the last thing you should be doing. Here are a few tips that I believe you should not be doing while in the middle of a fight.
No family Members In Your Fights
Whenever you are fighting with your partner remember it should concern only you two. If you bring in your parents it will become a family mess for no reason. Even if they solve things between you two, it may be ruined for them somewhere as they will definitely remember the ugly episode. And mind you, these things are used against you or your partner whenever there is a chance.
No Violence
We show our worst sides during a fight and to prove ourselves right we become a bit violent. Never do that! Don’t allow yourself or your partner to use violence. It does not matter how angry you are, you just do not resort to it. Because it will just simply kill all the feelings that once kept you two together.
Don’t Mix It All
If your fight is all about the dirty dishes or unwashed clothes let it stay. Stop taunting your partner and pinpointing over their past wrongdoings as well. Because by doing this you will turn it into a big ugly conflict. This may even lead to your partner second judging the relationship and asking themselves if they want to be in such a demanding relationship?!
Never Talk About A Divorce
This word is not what you want to speak so loud during a fight. It is an insult! It may even hurt the feelings of your partner a bit to deeply. And the more you say it, the faster the divorce will actually occur.

Don't Stomp Out Of The House While Fighting
Have a habit of slamming the doors, walking away into the darkness, and leaving the conflict unresolved? Quit doing that if you love your partner. This just reflects on your maturity level. It is best that you both first calm down and then discuss everything as adults do.
Don't Go To Separate Beds
If you do so then it means you want to maintain that distance and not solve the problems. Maintain the daily routine. This simply eases the atmosphere and quickly resolves the fight.
No Public Fights
If you fight in the public it means you do not respect each other. Do not take skeletons out of your closet in public. What we recommend is that you calm down and stop answering back. Get home and discuss the matter.
