
Singer Jubin Nautiyal was rushed to a hospital in Mumbai on Thursday, December 1, after suffering multiple injuries by falling from the stairs, his representative said. He broke his elbow, cracked his ribs, and hurt his head from the building staircase.
The 33-year-old singer has now been discharged after undergoing surgeries on his right arm and has now been advised to not use the same.
On the work front, Nautiyal performed at a live concert in Dubai last week. Speaking about the same, thesinger said in a statement: "I always had a fulfilling experience performing for the warm crowd of Dubai. I am quite excited to perform there and be able to continue entertaining my fans."

Born in Dehradun in 1989 to a businessman and politician father and a businesswoman mother, Nautiyal showed his interest in music at a very young age. After completing his schooling in Dehradun and meanwhile building a base in classical music, he moved to Mumbai for college in 2007. During this time, he was training under Pandit Chhannulal Mishra and ventured into Bollywood. He first appeared in the reality show X Factor as a contestant in 2011 and debuted in the Hindi film industry with Ek Mulakat song in the 2014 film Sonali Cable. Some of his popular songs include Meherbaani, Zindagi, Bandeyaa, and songs in films like Kaabil, Ok Jaanu, Commando 2, Kabir Singh, and several others. He has also done playback singing for Bengali films.

Talking about his love for music and songs that have stayed with him over the years, Nautiyal said, “There are many songs I'd have loved to compose. Some cult classic songs that have stayed with me since the beginning of my career are 'Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai'. 'Badi Door Se Aaye Hain Pyaar Ka Tofa Laye Hain' is another song I'd have loved to compose because of its lyrics, it is absolutely beautiful and out of the world.”
