Republic Day 2024 Parade Showcases Nari Shakti As Women Lead The Contingent For The First Time

At the 75th Republic Day parade today, more than two dozen tableaux of 16 states and union territories and the dance of 1500 artists graced the stage. We got to see a representation of an India that is moving towards and with women empowerment as Nari Shakti led the contingent for the first time.

The Parade Shows Us The Walk Of Empowered Women

This year, one of the highlights (Top Attractions Of Republic Day 2024 Parade) of this special occasion was the various contingents of NCC were represented by women personnel. Many women demonstrated their amazing, sporty talents during the parade.

Women were seen playing musical instruments such as the ‘Sankh,’ ‘Nadaswaram,’ and ‘Nagada.’ The Kartavya Path lighted up in the presence of women contingents from the Armed Forces, Border Security Force (BSF), Delhi Police, and Agniveers, who were there as both, guests and audience members.

Chief Guest On Republic Day

French President Emmanuel Macron was the Chief guest of the parade today. It is a symbol of growing relations between France and India.
