Now, let's talk about the money Anup Jalota is charging for this season. As per reports, Anup Jalota is one of the highest paid contestants on the Bigg Boss show. As per a source floating around, "The channel wants elders to watch the show. The younger audience sees it on the net. This time the competition is with family dramas so the channel shelled a huge amount to get him on the show". Anup Jalota is charging a whopping amount of 45 lakhs per week.
Karanvir Bohra, one of the most popular faces of Indian television is charging Rs. 20 Lakh per week to be on the Bigg Boss show. Karanvir has been a part of many popular shows like Naagin 2, Kasautii Zindagii Ki.
Dipika Kakar, who rose to fame with her popular television show, Sasural Simar Ka made a surprising entry in Bigg Boss. She recently got married to her boyfriend Shoaib Ibrahim. There are reports that Shoaib may also join the show. Talking about her per week fee, Dipika is charging Rs. 15 Lakh a week.
Ex-Indian cricketer, S Sreesanth, who came to limelight for his IPL spot-fixing in the year 2013 now has a life ban on him by the BCCI. Surely, Sreesanth is expected to be one of the most controversial contestants on the show. Sreesanth is charging Rs. 5 Lakh per week to be inside the Bigg Boss house.
