A Japanese man has transformed himself into a dog called ‘Toco’. What’s more, the process has cost him a whopping two million Yen which amounts to approximately 22,000 United States dollars.

The Japanese company Zeppet, that makes costumes for television shows and commercials and films has created this hyper realistic dog in an outfit for the man in just forty days time. The company aces in creating such figurines, bodysuits and multidimensional models etc. 

The company’s spokesperson said, “Modeled after a collie dog, it reproduces the appearance of a real dog walking on four legs.”

Interestingly the man uploaded a video on his Youtube channel called ‘I want to be an animal'. The channel has more than thirty one thousand subscribers and the viral video has scored more than one million views. The video was shot one year ago but has gone live only recently. Apparently, it was shot as part of an interview by RTL which is a German television station.

The subtitles of the video read, “I became a collie, fulfilling a dream I had since I was a little child to be an animal!”  Last year, Toco interacted with the Daily Mail and spoke about his reasons behind choosing to become a human dog. In this context he added, ““I don’t want my hobbies to be known, especially by the people I work with.” He further added, ““They think it’s weird that I want to be a dog. For the same reason why I can’t show my real face.” He added in a separate interview with the Mirror, ““I rarely tell my friends because I am afraid they will think I am weird.” To our utmost surprise he confessed, “My friends and family seemed very surprised to learn I became an animal.”
