Here are some of the most amazing movie proposals in Bollywood movies that made us swoon and our hearts say, "I want exactly what they have!"

1. Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na

Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na is one of the most adorable movies of all time. It received massive popularity and appreciation by audiences as well as critics when it was released. One of the most cherished films has one of the best chemistry between the actors, as well as a proposal sequence that made us swoon and gave us huge airport proposal goals!

Every time we see Jai break the boundaries he'd lived by his entire life just to express his love for Aditi, we smile. Get us a guy like Jai who is so sweet and who’s down to do all these things and that's all we want to live a happy life. Is that too much to ask for?

2. My Name Is Khan

Tell me a better proposal scene than the one from 'My Name is Khan' and I will wait. You know you won't, because there is none. The film's proposal was not fancy or grand, but it was undoubtedly one of the most beautiful. The surreal sunlight in the background, as well as the simplicity of the characters, warmed our hearts.

When Mandira says, "Khan, marry me" And the way Khan blushes... It was one of the simplest yet the best proposals in any Bollywood film to date.

3. 2 States

2 states is another movie with a cutesy proposal scene. The urgency with which Krish approaches the situation draws you into this scenario. He walks into Ananya's interview, sits beside her, and tells her that she is the only one he can marry. The emotion with which Krish proposes Ananya can make you happy as well as cry a little.

4. Wake Up Sid

This film features one of the most heartfelt proposals, which moved the hearts of everyone who saw it. The way Aisha starts with talking about the beauty of the Mumbai city and goes on to describe her feelings for her 'Humsafar' Ayan through her writing is just pure and beautiful.

What makes this scene so precious is how Ayan is driving about in the rain, trying to figure out where she might be. He then realises where she could be and as soon as he finds her, he hugs her. It’s the hug that makes us go "awww". Everything about this proposal in the film was totally wholesome, from the splendour of Mumbai rains to the song in the backdrop, everything!

5. Anjaana Anjaani

Anjaana Anjaani was a superb movie that kept us hooked throughout the film but the film's proposal scene was definitely one of the most romantic ones. And a proposal like this can only be pulled up by someone like these daredevils. Imagine walking into the ocean on a freezing cold December night just to propose. Sounds foolish, but also romantic, but also very very foolish! But who am I to judge? I am not even getting anything simpler also soo really jokes on me...

But what really gets you in the scene is the dialogue, “Mujhe jeena hai tumhare saath, forever and ever till the day I die.” So pure!

6. Jannat

The Romance's King Emraan Hashmi has provided us with some of the most beautiful romantic scenes and relationship goals through his movies. However, the proposal sequence in the film Jannat remains one of the most unforgettable to this day. The way Emraan Hashmi proposes to Sonal Chauhan by kneeling in the middle of the road, is just the romantic proposal we all wanted. Tell me, haven't you ever wished to be proposed to in such a manner by a special someone? But, thank God, no one did that to us, because now we all know that imitating this scene can get us in trouble with the cops.
