For the past month or two, Neha Kakkar and Aditya Narayan have trended a lot on the internet, making headlines due to the marriage rumours and the nation is interested in the couple as many do see it happening. However, we are sorry to prick your bubble as Aditya's father and veteran singer Udit Narayan has squashed all the rumours saying it is all for the TRPs.
What is more interesting, Udit Narayan proposed Neha to be his daughter-in-law on the sets of the reality TV show. There was a lot of drama telecast on the show where the parents of the two came and even gave their “acceptance” to the marriage. They declared February 14 as the date for the marriage.
Udit has now clarified that the link-up, the marriage and everything that has led upto this point was probably just for TRP.
In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Udit said that although he and his wife have been waiting for Aditya to get married and settle down, the latter is not even close to it at the moment.
He also said that he likes Neha a lot and wishes that it was all true.

“I suspect this link-up and marriage rumours with Neha Kakkar are just to boost the TRPs of Indian Idol where she’s a judge and my son is the anchor. I wish the marriage rumours were true. Neha is a wonderful girl. We’d love to have as our Bahu,” said Udit.
The popular playback singer also said that whenever his son will truly be getting married, he would announce it to the world.
He said: “We want the whole world to share that moment with us”.
What confuses us is that just last month Udit and his wife Deepa Narayan Jha had come on the sets and announced the wedding. Neha's parents had also come and approved the match where Neha had a shocked look on her face. Their fans went berserk and did smell something fishy but they all rooted for the publicity stunt to turn into a reality.
They already have so many fan clubs on social media including Twitter and Instagram.
The couple will also be featuring in the music video of singer and Neha's brother, Tony Kakkar’s new single titled Goa Beach.
