Peshawari Food Celebration At Spice Art: My Experience
Don't Miss:Biryani Festival At Gulati Restaurant, Pandara Road: HZ Food Review
My experience at the Peshawari Food Celebration at Spice Art was truly amazing. I love love loved the Tandoori starters and the Matka Kulfi is something you should not miss!
My friend and I also chatted with the chef, Hardev Singh and he shared that he and his team with some management members of the hotel went to the city of Peshawar in Pakistan to explore the cuisine and see how it’s made by the experts so that they could recreate the magic and provide an authentic experience. “We went for a five-day trip but were locked for four days and only got one day to actually explore the cuisine on the streets,” he shared.
