The menu for the Biryani Festival features 11 signature Dum Biryanis like Butter Chicken Biryani, Tawa Chicken Biryani, Paneer 65 double Tadka Biryani, Mutton Biryani, and Kathal Biryani to name a few. You also get the quintessential Mirch Ka Salan and the flavourful Burani Raita made with roasted garlic cloves with each Biryani. The highlights of the festival, the authentic Hyderabadi Dum Pukht Biryanis will be prepared using the traditional Dum Pukht method. I recently visited the Gulati restaurant at Pandara Road with a friend and we were impressed by the polite and quick service, accompanied by a warm and cosy atmosphere.

I ordered the Butter Chicken Biryani while my friend got the Mutton Biryani (Lucknowi, Bengali And Hyderabadi Biryani Recipes) and they were both super delicious! We also got some soft drinks and they did not disappoint! If you are craving the luscious taste of authentic Biryanis, this one is a must! Head on to the Gulati restaurant for a dining experience you won’t forget.
