Actor Deepika Padukone has managed to stun everyone with -- not one, not two, but four looks from her second day at the ongoing Cannes Film Festival. While her first outfit was a striped blue and white suit that she paired with a bright orange heels, her second attire was from the brand Off-White with a neon green top and the third outfit included a white sheer top on a pair of white pants. The fourth one was a long floral dress with a large bow at the neck.
While Deepika's husband and fellow actor Ranveer Singh wasted no time to compliment his wife. “killllllllllling it haaaaaaan,” he commented on the photo and also called her a ‘BAWSE’. Deepika's fans were divided. While one fan commented, “Now that’s called stylish and elegant at the same time,” and another wrote, “Our lady boss is looking so stunning," others were not so kind.
Instagrammers took to the social media to share their views on the actor's oft-changing sartorial choices. One wrote, "Ye kapda apka kha se suru ho rha hai kha se khtam ku pata nhi chal rha hai (One cannot understand where the dress starts and where it finishes.)"
Another wrote, "Thaak nhi jaate ho, ek din mein itne kdpe change KR KR k.?" (Do you not get tired of changing clothes so many times in a day?)
Yet another questioned, "Didi baithe baithe kapde badal rahi ho?" (Sister, are you just sitting and changing clothes?)
It seems the netizens were divided and could not help but poke a little fun at the expense of the fashion star.
While one user wondered if she was recycling the bow she had used yesterday for her fourth look, asking, "Is it the same black bow?"
Another said her multiple sartorial choices were proof she had done some last minute Eid shopping. The person wrote, "Didi eid ki shopping krke aayi hona."
the most hilarious was by a user who said that he doesn't even change so many clothes in a week.
Needless to say, one cannot question Deepika's sartorial choices at the Cannes Film Festival where she has been always known to put her best foot forward.
Deepika, who will next be seen in 'Chhapaak' essaying the character of an acid attack survivor, has been keeping her fans up to date about everything she is doing at Cannes 2019 --from boarding a flight to France, to getting her hair and make-up done to the actual red carpet moment.
