Cut the chocolate bar into small pieces and place in a round bowl
Cool 30 ml of the cream in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Boil the rest of the 70 ml cream and add milk butter.
Pour over chocolate pieces and minutes.
Mix and fold with a spatula so as to melt the chocolate completely and then beat with a hand blender for 3 minutes.
Add the cream that was chilled in the fridge.
Beat it for 20 minutes by placing ice pack below the bowl to make a good amount of frothing.
Once it becomes fluffy, put it back in the fridge.
Serving chilled with some cocoa powder sprinkled along with some almond sliver and strawberry garnishing.
