Ingredients

  • 100 Gms Curd
  • 250 Gms Prawns
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Haldi
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 Lime's Juice

Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and marinate the prawns in it for a few hours or overnight.
Step 2
Heat some oil in a pan and cook the prawns on high heat which hardly takes more than 5 minutes. But do not cover.
Step 3
Once done, just take them off the pan and flame grill them on the stove for merely few seconds each side in order to get the charred look.
Step 4
You can also cook the prawns on a charcoal BBQ instead of a pan but do not forget to brush with little butter or ghee and then serve.
