Method: In a large bowl, add basmati rice, add water and let it soak for 15 minutes. Take a cooking pan and add all the ingredients. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Now, add chicken and again sauté for 2-3 minutes more. After this step, add rice and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Garnish with mint sprigs.
