How To Make Salsa Dip?

  • Start by thoroughly roasting the onions over a gas flame. Then Remove it from the gas flame and let it cool for 10-15 minutes. After that peel the onion.
  • Now finely chop the onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves, and mix them together.
  • Mash them lightly to make a semi-paste. Now, add lemon, black pepper and salt to taste. Allow 10 minutes for the salsa to rest before serving.
  • Serve right away.

Ingredients

  • 4 tomato
  • 2 green chilli
  • black pepper as required
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt as required
  • 1 onion
  • 5 sprigs coriander leaves

Step

  1. Step 1:

    To begin, roast the onion over a gas flame. Turn it over and over in the flame until the onion is blistered and black, but not burnt. Then allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes after removing it from the gas flame. Now peel it.

  2. Step 2:

    Chop the onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves very finely and mix them together.

  3. Step 3:

    After that, mash them slightly to make a semi-paste. Add lemon, salt and black pepper as per taste, and let the salsa rest for 10 minutes.

  4. Step 4:

    Serve with crispy Nachos.
