Try this easy and delicious Pepper Chicken recipe at home.
Heat oil in a kadhai and sprinkle fennel seeds to sizzle.
Add chopped onions, green chillis, and curry leaves, and saute till golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for some time.
Sprinkle salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala and mix well.
Add marinated chicken and mix well with the masala till fully coated.
Simmer the flame and let the chicken cook for some time.
Once done, add coarse black pepper for flavour and mix.
Add lemon juice and coriander leaves for garnishing.
Serve it hot!
