Ingredients

  • For Dough: ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 2½ cup wheat flour/atta water to knead
  • For Pressure Cooking: 2 potato
  • peel & cube ½ cup peas / matar 1 carrot
  • chopped 20 florets gobi / cauliflower
  • ½ tsp salt 15 beans
  • chopped For Stuffing: 2 tsp oil ½ tsp ginger paste
  • ½ tsp coriander seeds
  • crushed ¼ tsp ajwain / carom seeds 2 chilli
  • finely chopped ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp aamchur / dry mango powder
  • pinch hing / asafoetida
  • ½ tsp cumin powder / jeera powder
  • 1 cup grated paneer / cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • finely chopped Other Ingredients: wheat flour / atta
  • for dusting oil
  • for roasting

Instructions

Step 1
Take a ball sized wheat dough and dust it with some wheat flour.
Step 2
Roll it in a circle.
Step 3
Place the prepared mix veg stuffing in the centre and take the edge and start pleating bringing to the centre.
Step 4
Join the pleats together and secure tight pinching off that excess dough.
Step 5
Sprinkle some wheat flour and roll slightly thick. Place the rolled paratha on a hot tawa and roast both sides with oil.
Step 6
finally, serve hot mix vegetable paratha with butter and some curd.
