How To Make Papaya Laddoo?

Follow the steps to make delicious papaya laddoo:

Step 1: Thoroughly wash and clean the papaya under running water.

Step 2: Peel the papaya and grate it well. 

Step 3: Take a mixer jar and grind almonds, milk and cardamom powder properly. 

Step 4: Add the required amount of ghee to a skillet. 

Step 5: Let it heat. 

Step 6: Once it is hot, add the grated papaya and stir thoroughly. 

Step 7: Now mix the blended milk, almond and cardamom powder paste and sugar to it. 

Step 8: Periodically add a small amount of ghee to the liquid. As it thickens, add the desiccated coconut. 

Step 9: Stir thoroughly for five minutes.

Step 10: Then, add a little amount of ghee. 

Step 11: Finely chop the desiccated dry fruits and stir over medium heat until the ghee separates. 

Step 12: After the mixture has thickened, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly. 

Step 13: Take a ladle and set it aside.

  • ½ Papaya fruit
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cups almonds
  • ¾ cup desiccated coconut
  • ¼ cup desiccated dry fruits
  • 1 tablespoon cardamom powder
