How To Make Mixed Fruit Jam At Home?

  • Wash and pat dry all fruits thoroughly. Take red and green apple and grind them together.
  • Place the grinded apples in a pan on a low flame. Now, add sugar and cook everything together until the sugar dissolves.
  • Finely grind the pineapples. Then, add grapes to the same jar and blend together. Pour it in the apple sugar mixture. Add finely grinded strawberries to them as well.
  • Cook together until dense. Now, put a cinnamon stick to it and keep stirring at regular intervals. Keep the flame medium-high or medium.
  • Once thr jam is dense, put the flame low to avoid spluttering. Once the jam looks ready, turn of the flame and allow it to cool.
  • Mix lemon juice to the mixture(optional). Take the cinnalon stick out from the jam and store your delicious fruity jam in a jar.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green apple
  • 1 cup red apple
  • 1 cup breakfast sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup black grapes
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Step

  1. Step 1:

    Wash all the fruits thoroughly and dry them. Now, take a red and green apple. Grind them together in a blender.

  2. Step 2:

    Place the grinded apples in a pan and keep the flame low. Next, add sugar to it and cook it until the sugar dissolves.

  3. Step 3:

    Now, place the pineapple in a jar and finely grind it. Add the grapes in the blender too and mix them together. Next, pour it into the apple sugar mixture pan. Mix some finely grinded strawberries with them as well.

  4. Step 4:

    Cook until it turns dense. Now, put a cinnamon stick in it. Keep stirring the jam at regular intervals while keeping the flame medium-high or medium.

  5. Step 5:

    Once the jam looks dense, put the flame to low medium to prevent spluttering stir and continue to cook. To check jam, pour few drops of it on a plate and tilt it. If the Jam isn't runny, that means it's ready. Allow the jam to cool.

  6. Step 6:

    Mix optional lemon juice into it for added taste. Take out the cinnamon stick from the jam and store your delicious fruity jam in a jar.
