Ingredients

  • 250 gm paneer
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2-3 drops kewra essence
  • icing sugar as required

Step

  1. Step 1:

    To prepare this irresistible dessert, start with preparing sugar syrup. Add water, milk, and sugar in a pan and cook until you get one string consistency.

  2. Step 2:

    Next, add paneer in it and cook till the syrup coats the cubes well.

  3. Step 3:

    Turn off the flame and add kewra essence in it and mix well. Stir continuously till the paneer cubes are thickly coated with the syrup.

  4. Step 4:

    Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with icing sugar.
