Finely chop the fresh dates.
Heat ghee in a deep pan and put chopped dates and sauté for 5-8 min on low flame.
Roast all nuts and crush them.
Mix the nuts in dates mixture.
Add cardamom powder and then mix well.
Let the mixture cool and then make rolls with it.
Roll it on poppy seeds.
Serve it after cutting it into small pieces.
