How To Make Fruit Custard?
- Add milk to a pan. Mix it well and let it boil.
- After that, add the sugar to the pan and stir until it is completely dissolved.
- Then add the custard mixture and stir constantly until the milk thickens.
- Then add the cardamom powder and cook for 1 minute. Turn off the flame.
- Let it cool for sometime.
- Choose your favourite fruits and dry fruits, and add it to your custard.
- Refrigerate it for 2 hours before serving.
