How To Make Fruit Custard?

  • Add milk to a pan. Mix it well and let it boil.
  • After that, add the sugar to the pan and stir until it is completely dissolved.
  • Then add the custard mixture and stir constantly until the milk thickens.
  • Then add the cardamom powder and cook for 1 minute. Turn off the flame.
  • Let it cool for sometime.
  • Choose your favourite fruits and dry fruits, and add it to your custard.
  • Refrigerate it for 2 hours before serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp custard powder
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • Fruits of choice
  • Dry fruits of choice

  • Step 1 :

    In a pan, add milk. Mix it well and bring it to a boil on medium flame.

  • Step 2 :

    After that, add the sugar to the pan and stir until it completely dissolves.

  • Step 3 :

    Then add the custard mixture and continue to stir until the milk thickens.

  • Step 4 :

    Then, add the cardamom powder and cook for 1 minute. After that, turn off the flame.

  • Step 5 :

    Allow it to cool for a while.

  • Step 6 :

    Chop your favourite fruits (mango, banana, pomegranate, grapes, and so on) as well as some dry fruits (almond, cashewnut, raisins, and so on), and add it to the custard. Avoid citrus fruits and melons.

  • Step 7 :

    Refrigerate it for 2 hours before serving. Your yummy treat is ready!
