How To Make A Vanilla Eggless Cake Recipe Without Using An Oven For Dad

Here’s a step-by-step, detailed guide on how to make a vanilla eggless cake without an oven:

1. In a mixing bowl, put the curd and powdered sugar and start mixing them well with a whisk or a spoon.

2. Next, add vanilla essence and vegetable oil to the mix and stir it until it is properly mixed.

3. Once all the ingredients are well mixed, take a sieve and pour in all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda.

4. Now gradually add milk to the mixture while you stir it to form a smooth batter. Keep adding the milk until it becomes a smooth batter with no lumps.

5. Your eggless vanilla cake batter is now ready.

6. Take a cake mould and make sure to grease it with oil. Then place a piece of butter or parchment paper in the mould.

7. Now, pour the batter into the mould and make sure to tap it after so that all the air bubbles escape.

8. Take a non-stick pan and place a stand inside it. Cover the pan with a lid and preheat the pan to a low flame for five minutes.

9. Once the preheating process is done, place the mould with the eggless cake batter on the stand.
