On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of about one centimetre.”

He added, “To cut out the cookies, use a star-shaped cutter. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 175°C (347° F). Bake the cookies for 6-8 minutes, or until gently brown on the edges. Once cooled, decorate your cookies with your favourite icing and serve!”
