BTS's golden maknae aka Jeon Jungkook loves giving fans details on his life, especially when it comes to food. Buldak mayo perilla oil noodles is a Korean dish that consists of cold buckwheat noodles, and perilla oil with a lot of sauces. Jungkook shared this recipe of buldak mayo perilla oil noodles in one of his live sessions which later went viral. He even promised his BTS army that he would post a recipe for this on his Weverse account and he did.
BTS Jungkook’s perilla oil ‘makguksu’ or buckwheat noodle sauce recipe is loved by fans all over the world. A traditional South Korean noodle dish from the Gangwon province is called makguksu. Perilla oil is a vegetable oil that is often eaten which is obtained from perilla seeds. The oil is frequently used in soup dishes and sautéed vegetable dishes in Korean cuisine.

On BTS's variety program ‘Run BTS’ Jungkook showed his culinary skills and presented some of his delicious creations. And now once again he dazzled his fans with his culinary talents making them hungry while wanting more.
How To Make Buldak Mayo Perilla Oil Noodle:
1. First boil the buckwheat noodles. Wash and drain them well.
2. Add the perilla oil, buldak sauce, cham sauce, buldak mayo, and egg yolk in a small mixing bowl and mix all these well. You can even add grounded garlic and pepper powder to it (optional)
3. Make sure to put the noodles in cold water to get rid of starch. Toss to drain them well.
4. Mix noodles with the prepared sauce and crushed seaweed and toss them well.
