The Vvaan lets Sidharth Malhotra balance two very different energies beautifully. In the emotional scenes, he keeps things restrained and lets his eyes do much of the work, while the larger action moments demand a completely different physical intensity. That contrast makes his journey engaging and gives the character a strong presence throughout.
SM known to bring different stories each time he comes on the big screen and that is his trade mark and with the Vvaan he does that all over again.

What The Vvaan Is About

The story follows Rishi (Sidharth Malhotra), a Mumbai-based man who returns to his ancestral village of Devanchal with his wife Mamta (Tamannaah Bhatia) over a land dispute, only to run into a centuries-old rule: nobody enters the forest after sunset. The film blends romance, action and mystery, with Malhotra playing a practical, city-based man who ends up confronting a sacred forest and an unknown deity. The cast also includes Sunil Grover, Maniesh Paul, Anup Soni and Shweta Tiwari, and the film is reportedly rooted in real folklore tied to a temple near Patna.
