The movie was released in theatres during Dussehra, October 2, 2025, last week. This movie opened up with a grand box office collection on its premiere day, but the numbers started dropping post-release date. The movie was released on October 2, 2025, all over the country. On its opening day, the movie gained a lot of attention and earned ₹9.25 Cr. After their first day in theatres, the movie saw a dip in its box office collection over the next days. The sales for the second day of this Varun Dhawana and Janhvi Kapoor starrer made ₹5.5 Cr. For the third day, the movie saw a rise in sales with ₹7.5 Cr for its first Saturday. The first Sunday of the movie gained ₹7.75 Cr on October 5, 2025. On the fifth day, the film’s first Monday saw a dip in numbers again and collected an estimate of ₹3 Cr according to Sacnilk reports. The current estimates for day six of the film are at 24 lakhs. According to a report by  Sacnilk, 'Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari' has currently made a total box office collection of ₹33.24 Cr.
