Ahead of its release, ‘Dude’ saw an impressive surge in advance bookings, jumping from ₹38.55 lakhs to ₹2.48 crore within 24 hours, marking a 500% spike. The film has clearly struck a chord with young audiences seeking relatable romance and feel-good entertainment.
Netflix had already confirmed the OTT release earlier this year, with Mythri Movie Makers producing under the working title PR 04, marking Pradeep’s fourth outing as a lead.
