Dhurandhar 2 Release Date

The first part of 'Dhurandhar' was released on December 5, 2025, and included a four-minute post-credit scene that gave a glimpse of what to expect from Part 2. The makers shared that the second installment of 'Dhurandhar' will be released on March 19, 2026, on the auspicious occasion of Eid. Ranveer's 'Dhurandhar 2' is currently clashing with Yash's 'Toxic'.

Dhurandhar 2 Plot

The second part will continue the story from the cliffhanger ending of the first part. In the end, the audience is shown how Ranveer Singh's character Hamza Ali Mazari is actually Jaskirat Singh Rangi, a covert operative from India who is on a mission to infiltrate the criminal underbelly in Pakistan. His next target is Bade Sahab, a.k.a. Major Iqbal, the mastermind behind numerous terror attacks in India, such as the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.

'Dhurandhar 2' starts with Hamza taking over the reign of Rehman and becoming a powerful figure in Pakistan's political scene. The second part will also delve more into Hamza's character and his background, showing how Jaskirat became Hamza and was chosen for 'Mission Dhurandhar,' providing more gravity to his title role in the film.

Dhurandhar 2 Cast

While the cast names featuring in 'Dhurandhar 2' are tentative, titular roles from Part 1 are likely to reprise their roles.

The cast will feature Ranveer Singh as Hamza Ali Mazari or Jaskirat Singh Rangi, R. Madhavan as Ajay Sanyal, Director of IB, Arjun Rampal as Major Iqbal, Sanjay Dutt as SP Chaudhary Aslam, Sara Arjun as Yalina Jamali, and Rakesh Bedi as Jameel Jamali.

Alongside, these supporting characters, including Naveen Kaushik as Donga, Manav Gohil as Sushant Bansal, Deputy Director of IB, and Danish Pandor as Uzair Baloch, Rehman's cousin and second-in-command, will also return. However, Akshaye Khanna's role as Rehman Dakait will be missed by fans.
