Epic, a movie directed by Anand Hassan, one of the youngest, most efficient directors of the Telugu film industry. The movie Epic, stars Anand Devarkonda, and Vaishnavi Chaitanya. The music in the film is given by Hesham Abdul Wahab. The film generated a hype on social media when it was announced and today the movie hits cinema halls. Story And Premise

The movie is about a funny mischievous young boy named Madham Aditya (Anand Devarkonda) who wants to become a film director, but his parents have other dreams for him. They prefer to send him to the UK for his post graduate studies. With a heavy heart, he moves to the UK and meets Kadali (Vaishnavi Chaitanya) in college. Both of them start living together, a romance develops between the two, and their relationship forms the story of the movie. 

About The Actors?

Both Anand Devarkonda and Vaishanavi Chaitanya, pair worked in Baby Blockbuster, but the two of them did not work as expected in the movie. A fresh pair of faces would’ve been a great choice to play the characters of Aditya and Kadali. 

Sivaji and Vasuki Anand played the roles of the parents and both of them did an impeccable job. The movie showed romance, emotions, a bit of laughs here and there and that’s it.

Conclusion

The film starts on a good note, and the speed of the movie keeps the audience interested till Aditya reaches the UK. This is something that the young audience will love. The situational love moments also run very smoothly in the first half. Overall, Epic has its own share of positives and negatives, as the second half becomes tedious to sit through.
