Born and brought up in Amritsar, Punjab, Shikha Sareen did her primary education in Amritsar. She then pursued a Master of Arts (Postgraduate in Arts) which laid the foundation for her creative journey in life. The experiences gained during her education have been instrumental in her success across various areas of business.

While speaking about her career, she said,"To start a career, one needs passion, flexibility, and a clear vision, and I focused on my strengths." During my career journey, I realised the challenges people face with marriages, particularly when it comes to banquet halls. I found that many people, especially in big cities, face difficulties in this regard. Following this, she expanded into banquet halls and embraced new ideas.

While stating about her company turnover, Shikha said, "My business has grown significantly, starting from a simple beginning to managing three popular banquet venues in the city. Our turnover reflects the demand for creativity and quality in the wedding industry."
Shikha Sareen is a well-known entrepreneur in the hospitality and tourism industry. She has been rewarded with several national awards. Recently, in the HerZindagi Womenpreneur Award Event, she was awarded the ‘Hospitality and Tourism’ Award.
