Red is making a comeback this season. There was a phase when we all thought red is all about going overboard but not anymore! Bollywood sets fashion trends for us and this time, divas are saying yes to 'red'.
Red is no longer just the bride colour. B-town divas are donning it like a pro this season. At Amitabh Bachchan's Diwali bash this year, we spotted a lot of divas carrying red.
Wedding season is just around the corner and you all must have started curating your looks. Want to stand out? Take cues from these Bollywood ladies and get that perfect look!
Katrina Kaif was a total stunner in this beautiful and simple ensemble by designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee. This one had minimal work but looked ethereal. Katrina's look was rounded off with natural makeup, golden jhumkas. If you want to carry red but don't want to go overboard then pick an outfit like this one. This is an almost plain outfit but has a heavy dupatta. You can team a plain red skirt with a matching blouse with a heavy dupatta or something in contrast.
Sara Ali Khan
Sara Ali Khan picked a bright red suit. This one had a short shirt with umbrella sleeves and churidars. She carried it off with a net dupatta. Sara Ali Khan completed her look with golden juttis. We loved her soft makeup and heavy jhumkas. She was also wearing red bangles and carried a red potli bag. If you want to keep it simple yet stylish then you go get a heavy kurta like this one and team it with a churidar or pants.
Mirror work is trending this season and we loved what Amrita Arora wore to the Diwali bash. She wore this heavy mirror work lehenga choli set. This one had a deep V neckline on the front and she carried it with a net dupatta. If you don't have a mirror work lehenga, you can get mirror work done on your choli or dupatta, team with matching skirt and you are good to go. Mirror stick ons are always avaiable in the market these days and you can DIY to curate your look for the wedding season. Amrita ditched accessories with her look. You can add on jhumkas or a statement choker if you want to enhance your look.
