The Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) in association with the Lakmé Fashion Week (LFW) and RISE Worldwide, reunited to jointly present another phygital fashion week.
Lakme Fashion Week, 2021 has been all spiced up with everything gorgeous from amazing designers to wonderful show stoppers. Taking inspiration from Bollywood celebs outfits, here’s a list of must have colours for this upcoming festive season.
Anything in red looks great but with Annu’s creation of Malaika Arora, it was particularly stunning. Malaika Arora donned a red lehenga choli featuring silver and golden work.The actress completed her look with a plunging neckline, a matching dupatta draped from her head, and a heavy necklace to complement the outfit. She also wore a headpiece with a circular dial falling gracefully on her forehead. Take inspiration from this dazzling red outfit and stun everyone.
2. Pastel Blue
Designers Shikha & Srishti's flared pastel blue lehenga is a stunning creation that looked mesmerizing on actress Chitrangada Singh. The heavy floral embroidery in silver and white threads, beads, and stones graced the lehenga. At the bottom of the flared lehenga was a thick white lace border. She wore a sleeveless blouse with a similar floral embroidery and a sweetheart neck. The net dupatta with an embroidered border matched with the outfit and gave a perfect look. The creation impressed everyone and added the pastel blue colour in every mind for festive looks.

Both Soha Ali Khan's dress by designer Megha Jain Madaan and Divya Khosla Kumar in Sanjukta Dutta's dress got everyone in awe with their dazzling black dresses. Both the extremely different dresses by different designers inspired the audience to consider such black colour designs for the festive look.
Soha Ali Khan looked phenomenal on the ramp in a black-and-gold gown by designer Megha Jain Madaan. The gown was a strapless, jet-black number with horizontal strips of gold sequins all over the bodice and the gown.
Designer Sanjukta Dutta wowed the audience with a black silk saree with polka dots and gold and blue zari work all over it which was worn by beautiful Divya Khosla Kumar. The saree was given a modern makeover with tassels in various shades of blue. The saree was paired with a black sleeveless blouse and a fabric belt by the designer, who made it look supremely on fleek with the accessories.
Mrunal Thakur stole the show in a maroon hand-embroidered lehenga by JJ Valaya, looking regal. Metallic details were seen on the lehenga and the plunging choli.The outfit was paired with a maroon embroidered dupatta with kiran lace that was tied around the waist. Broad handcuffs, a stone-studded heavy neckpiece, and matching studs completed the look. This festive season, maroon should be your colour of choice for such an elegant look.
5. Sky Blue And Lavender
Designer Gaurang Shah's gorgeous creation on Tapsee Pannu looked absolutely magnificent.The sky-blue and lavender silk saree featured charming floral designs in red, white and yellow on the drape and hem. The pleats and part of the drape had stunning gold embroidery on the lavender base.
The saree was worn with a sky-blue full-sleeved blouse with similar floral motifs and gold embroidery all over. The blouse echoed the hues of the saree and complemented the ensemble perfectly.
