1. Pika Pila

Arunachal Pradesh is home to the traditional and well-known pickle known as Pika Pila. The Apatani tribe of Arunachal Pradesh prepares it using bamboo shoots, pork fat, and king chillies. Bhut Jolokia is the name of the King Chilli, which is the spiciest chilli found in the northeastern states. People like to consume it with rice, curries, dried seafood, etc.
2. Bamboo Shoots
Bamboo shoots are a core part of most Arunachal Pradesh dishes, whether they’re boiled vegetables or a delicious non-veg dish. This popular bamboo shoot dish of Arunachal Pradesh is made by marinating bamboo shoots in baking soda and several basic spices, then cooking them until they are soft.
3. Wungwut Ngam
Wungwut Ngam is a rice-based fried chicken dish, which is quite popular in Arunachal Pradesh. Before serving, the chicken pieces are deep-fried after being marinated in rice flour with some herbs and spices. This dish is easily accessible at restaurants and street food corners.
Lukter is yet another delicious dish from Arunachal Pradesh that is very unique. A straightforward side dish meant to be eaten with rice, Lukter is made up of dry cooked beef and chilli flakes. 5. Dung Po (Steam Rice)
This state has a number of its own ways to make rice. Two brass utensils are required to prepare this.
