Born on March 30, 1992, in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, she hails from a middle-class Maheshwari Marwari family. His father, Rajkumar Muchhal, works for a private firm as an accountant, and her mother, Amita Muchhal, is a homemaker. Her younger brother, Palash Muchhal, is a musician and filmmaker who performs with her in charity shows to raise funds for children with kidney ailments. She married music composer Mithoon on November 6, 2022.
The singer attended Queens College, Indore, for her schooling. She pursued higher education in Commerce and, as of May 2013, was completing her final year of B.Com from a college in Indore. She has also been listed as having an M.Com degree and an Honorary Doctorate (Doctorate Degree by the American University, USA, for Global Peace in 2021).
