Goldy Brar Threatens To Kill Salman Khan, Here's Why Bhaijaan Is On The Gangster's Hitlist

Canada-based gangster Satinderjeet Singh AKA Goldy Brar in an exclusive interview to a media house gave an open death threat to Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. For the unversed, Brar is the gangster who claimed to have shot Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. Brar, who is part of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, said that Khan was on the hit list. 

Why Is Salman Khan On Goldy Brar's Hit List?

During the interview, gangster Goldy Brar shared that the gang will kill Salman Khan. The gang's leader Lawrence Bishnoi in an interview earlier had shared that he will forgive Khan if he issued a public apology to the Bishnoi community and visited the Bishnoi temple to ask the almighty for forgiveness.

Bishnoi had earlier also shared that the enmity roots from the time the actor was involved in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case. For those who don't know, Salman Khan while shooting for his film Hum Saath Saath Hain was accused of hunting two blackbucks with co-actors Saif Ali Khan and Sonali Bendre. He was sentenced to five years in jail but later released on bail. 

For the Bishnoi community, the blackbuck is a sacred animal, and gangster Lawrence Bishnoi took it as an insult to the community, hence the feud. 

Earlier this year, Lawrence Bishnoi sent an email threat to Salman Khan's manager. Reportedly, the mail came from Bishnoi's assistant. In the email, Bishnoi mentioned that he and another gangster on his team want to meet Khan face-to-face. The email threat in Hinglish read, "Goldy Bhai (Goldy Brar) ko baat karni hai tere boss Salman se. (Lawrence Bishnoi ka) Interview dekh hi liya hoga. Usne shayad nahi dekha ho toh bol diyo dekh lega. Matter close karna hai to BAAT karva diyo, face to face karna ho, woh bata diyo. Abhi time rehte inform kar diya hai agli baar jhatka hi dekhne ko milega."

On receiving the mail, Khan's manager and friend Prashant Gunjalkar filed a complaint against Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar. Following the FIR, Khan's security was tightened.

Salman Khan's Security Tightened 

After Goldy Brar's death threats for Salman Khan, the star's security has reportedly been tightened. As per reports, Khan's team has been making security arrangements to ensure the safety of the superstar. Mumbai Police too has been investigating the entire case and working on improving the star's security. Salman Khan currently has a Y+ security by Mumbai Police.
