Big Boss 13 contestant and Punjabi Singer and Actress Shehnaaz Gill went through an extreme transformation. She lost 12 kgs in 6 months just by reducing her food portion. While talking about her weight loss journey, Shehnaaz has revealed that she has just started consuming the right food in small portions. She quoted "Mann Maarke Khati Thi. And it started working. I was 67 kg around the time lockdown began in March, I am 55 kg now." Rather than going for any other weight loss technique she cut off non-vegetarian food, chocolates and ice cream. She continued, “Every day, I ate just one or two things. I wouldn't put too much variety in my daily consumption of food. For example, if I ate dal and moong for lunch, I would eat the same for dinner. And I reduced the portions. If I was hungry for two rotis, I ate only one.
Popular comedian Bharti Singh was extremely fat when she debuted on television. However, before marriage, she lost 16 kgs in 12 months by intermittent fasting. In an interview, she revealed that she did intermittent fasting and swear by ayurvedic diet plan to lose weight (lose weight with zumba). She said that she used to have her first meal at noon and then didn’t eat till 7 pm. However, she also admitted that she never quit her favourite food items.

Malaika Arora is known for her fitness across India. Even at the age of 40 years, she looks more fit and young than a 25-year-old. Several times she has been spotted at a yoga (15 minutes yoga routine by expert) centre by paparazzi. She never skips it to keep herself in shape. Along with yoga, she also practises intermittent fasting which according to her is the easiest way to lose weight.
