My Experience:

I have been using the Milap Cosmetics Lash Artist Mascara for a while now. One of the things I look for in a mascara is a volumising effect that gives the effect of lots of  fluttery lashes. After all, who likes a clumpy mascara that makes your lashes droop? This mascara has the perfect semi-dry consistency that helps add loads of volume to your eyelashes and makes it perfect for an everyday look.
