Most of us feel more stressed out when we spot white hair and think that the only solution here would be colouring it or plucking it. While many have this problem as it is hereditary, many face this because of stress. However, there are many other reasons that lead to white hair and to combat the same, we have enlisted some home remedies which are not only super effective but pocket-friendly too! So stress-not, reduce white hair using these easy recipes!

What Causes White Hair

The occurrence of white hair is determined by the following factors.

The pigmentation of your hair depends a lot on your hormones. If there is an imbalance then you might have white hair.

If it is in your family then you cannot help it at all. Many people start having white hair when they are teenagers or touch their 20s but for others, it is a little later in life.

Deficiency Of Melanin

If you don't have the right amount of nutrition and protein then there is a deficiency of melanin in you which causes hair whitening. The lack of these nutrients causes melanin to fall below the standard acceptable levels.

These days stress is a major spoiler for a lot of issues in the body and one of them is the whitening of hair. Stress causes premature greying, and it gets worse when we have an excess of alcohol and junk food.

Quit using shampoos with chemicals in them. Hair products which are chemical-based and that include hair dyes may directly cause this problem. And one more factor why you should quit using them is that it can cause allergic infections as well.
