You are advised to use appropriate hair care products that suit your hair type. Use a gentle shampoo to cleanse your tresses and a condition to control frizz and promote smoothness.

Keep your frizzy hair at bay by applying a top-rated hair serum by applying it on damp hair. This locks in moisture and smoothens your tresses even in humid conditions.
Avoid Heat Styling

Above everything, your diet plays a key factor in your hair health as it reflects your overall well-being. Consume a balanced diet rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Food items like eggs, nuts, spinach, and berries enhance hair health. Additionally, drink plenty of water for hydrating your hair and scalp from within.
